I had a wonderful experience at the Urgency Room. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The nurse was very nice and helpful. They were fast I wasn’t there longer then 45 mins. The Doctor was great she had x-rays done and there was a cracked rib. I wanted to tell everyone how great they were and let everyone know it was a great place to go. I hope everyone will use them instead of the ER. They are a much cheaper than the ER. Thanks for everything.
I was surprised! I am now a convert! I had a stitch that came to the surface after my primary physician had removed them following a procedure. Rather than driving all of the way in to Kansas City make an appointment, blah, blah, blah I drove by The Urgency Room and thought I would give it a try. I was met in a professional manner, they checked to make sure they could remove the stitch before having me fill out any paperwork, and the whole thing–from walking in to walking out–took 45 minutes! Easy Peasy! I thought the place was very clean, the physician–a professor of Emergency Room techniques–was competent yet friendly, and the nurse actually listened to me which kept me from having to go through the whole description over and over. I went in on a whim to ‘check it out’ and I came out believing I would return again.
